Half amazing, half disappointing
Beautiful structure paired with a fantastic location, right next to a large mall! We enjoyed the spacious room with modern amenities that made our stay enjoyable!
Issues with the restaurant not being available limited our options, and the breakfast service was slow, leading to some frustrations.

staying at this hotel was utterly disappointing. no hot water? just fabulous. breakfast eggs served cold, because who doesn’t love a side of disappointment? I almost thought a complimentary upgrade was a given, but apparently, I’m just like everyone else here. very overrated and underwhelming experience, so shy away unless mediocrity excites you.

The hotel is in a great location near a large mall, providing easy access to shopping and dining. The rooms are new, spacious, and very clean. I was especially pleased with the attentive service from Tatiana at the front desk, who was both helpful and welcoming.

The hotel provides a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.
During my stay, the water pump was damaged, leading to days without water in the rooms. The constant rain caused leaks inside the building, compromising the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast served cold eggs, and the service was notably slow, requiring multiple reminders for our orders, which were still incorrect.

Nice stay with friendly staff
Had a cool stay here! The room was super nice, and breakfast was really good too. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited since the restaurant wasn't open when we wanted it. But the staff were super friendly, especially at the front desk, so that made up for it. Overall, I'd recommend it!

This hotel suits me perfectly with a great bar/lounge area, excellent free wi-fi, and a 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff kindly returned my shower bag I forgot during my first stay. The customer service is great! I highly recommend it for your next trip. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.

The room was spacious and elegant, offering every amenity for a comfortable stay! The two double beds were plush, and I enjoyed the stunning mountain view from my window. The staff was incredibly friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable.
